Who we are?
LMG was formed in 1991 when two seasoned corporate renewal professionals, Jim Bartholomew and Tim Becker combined their individual expertise and practices into one firm. Their high ethical standards and commitment to excellence is demonstrated by the caliber of the highly experienced professionals they have selectively added to the firm over the years. The background and skill sets of our professionals span a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, transportation, retail, construction and real estate. LMG works with clients nationwide but the majority of our assignments are with clients located in the Upper Midwest. Our typical client is a small or middle market company with revenues ranging from $15 million and $250 million.
