- Provided growth financing to $30+ million brewery and bottling company until its successful payout through an Initial Public Offering.
- Structured and facilitated a $6 million Industrial Revenue Bond and supporting letter of credit. The transaction provided the capital necessary for this $30+ million polystyrene manufacturer to construct a new manufacturing facility and expand operations.
- Served as a court-appointed Receiver to a $16 million automotive retailer including the subsequent filing for protection under Chapter 11 and conversion of the case to a liquidating Chapter 11 when turnaround or sale of the operations was not possible.
