Our Story
A Minneapolis-based corporate renewal advisory firm with more than 35 years of experience helping businesses and their stakeholders navigate financial distress, operational crisis, and complex transitions.
Lighthouse Management Group was founded on a simple premise: when a business is in trouble, the people leading the response need to have been there before.
For over two and a half decades, that premise has guided every engagement. Our team shares the belief that the best turnaround work is efficient, honest, and practical.
