Renee is a veteran accounting professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the healthcare and accounting advisory industries. With a strong background in financial analysis, financial statement preparation, and cash flow management, she has held key leadership roles, including Director of Finance and Controller. Throughout her career, Renee has been instrumental in improving financial efficiency and streamlining operations for various organizations.

Notably, Renee played a critical role in the claims process and managed creditor issues during a complex assignment for the benefit of creditors of a skilled nursing facility operator with 22 locations. She also conducted forensic accounting to establish fraudulent transfers in a case the resulted in a recovery of over $2M to the benefit of creditors.

Before joining Lighthouse Management Group, Renee provided consulting services with CliftonLarsonAllen and served as Corporate Controller for RM Management. She has extensive accounting experience and has pursued continued education through post-secondary coursework.

Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Minnesota, Morris. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her dog.
