Appointed as receiver to manage a full service hotel with restaurant, indoor waterpark, golf course, and 26 RV sites.

Served as CFO of a 250-room full service during the two-year Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Appointed by the bankruptcy court to act as disbursing agent with the authority to sell the hotel and to pursue claims against a general partner.
